Established in 2007, Ecovert dedicated its first 13 years to advising on and facilitating LEED certification, energy modeling and building commissioning. Jim is committed to reducing the built environment’s impact on our planet through creative and practical solution for our buildings. Jim’s expertise and leadership in sustainability is recognized throughout the industry. He is the most recent Leadership Chair of the Canada Green Building Council’s Toronto Chapter. Adolfo has been LEED consultant on a diverse range of projects including office, industrial, retail, residential, healthcare and educational facilities. As Project Principal, he will be the main contact for sustainability issues, responsible for coordination, documentation, and conflict resolution, ensuring effective project execution and client satisfaction.
