The project also incorporates a range of innovative features such as rooftop solar power generation, geothermal heating and cooling, and electrified logistics operations. These systems work together to reduce emissions, improve efficiency, and support long term operational resilience.
The IKEA Hamilton Customer Distribution Center represents a major step forward for the region and for the broader transition to low carbon, high performance industrial buildings. Ecovert is proud to contribute to a project that demonstrates what is possible when sustainability is prioritized from the earliest design stages.
We look forward to sharing updates as construction progresses.
Congratulations to all partners involved!
