Ecovert is proud to share that the Lightworks Building in Vancouver, owned by Nicola Real Estate, has been recognized with a TOBY Award in the category of one hundred thousand square feet or less. The Outstanding Building of the Year Awards, presented by BOMA Canada, celebrate excellence in building operations, sustainability performance, and tenant experience across the country.

Our team coordinated the submission for this project and worked closely with building stakeholders to showcase the high quality operations, strong sustainability practices, and exceptional management that define the Lightworks Building. This recognition highlights the dedication of everyone involved in creating a high performing and well managed property.
