Members of the Ecovert team attended the 2025 Celebration of Excellence Gala hosted by BOMA Toronto, and we are pleased to share that our work contributed to three significant awards. These achievements highlight the strength of our Existing Buildings Team and the dedication that goes into supporting high performing properties across the region.

Against strong competition in their respective size and class categories, the following projects received top recognition:

• One Toronto Street received a TOBY Award in the category of two hundred fifty thousand to four hundred ninety nine thousand square feet
• 7125 Mississauga Road received a TOBY Award in the category of one hundred thousand to two hundred forty nine thousand square feet
• Scotia Plaza received the Pinnacle Award for Customer Service

Presented by BOMA Canada, the TOBY and Pinnacle Awards honour excellence in building operations, sustainability leadership, and tenant service. These wins reflect our ongoing commitment to supporting properties that demonstrate strong management practices and exceptional performance.
