Ecovert, a member of BPA, is pleased to announce that 7475 McLean in Guelph, Ontario, has achieved LEED Gold certification.
This significant industrial development consists of two warehouse buildings, each spanning approximately 38,950 m², for a combined total of 77,900 m² (838,515 sq. ft.) of high-performance industrial space.
LEED Gold certification recognizes the project’s achievement in sustainable design and construction, demonstrating a commitment to environmental responsibility, resource efficiency, and long-term building performance. The certification reflects the successful integration of strategies that support energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence.
The project was delivered through a joint venture between Dream and Cooper Construction, bringing together expertise in development and construction to create a modern industrial facility designed to meet the evolving needs of occupants while supporting sustainability objectives.
