Ecovert is pleased to announce significant sustainability milestones for two prominent Multi‑Unit Residential Buildings in Toronto. The Brixton, a 310,540 square foot residential property, has earned BOMA BEST 4.1 Silver Certification, while VIA 123, a 180,090 square foot property, has earned BOMA BEST 4.1 Bronze Certification.
As the lead sustainability consultant, Ecovert supported both buildings through the full certification process. We extend our appreciation to Woodbourne Capital Management and the team at Rhapsody Property Management Services for their collaboration and commitment to advancing sustainability performance across their portfolio.
This accomplishment reflects the dedication of the Ecovert and BPA team members who contributed their expertise to the project. Kirsten Passmore and Robin Reym provided strong leadership throughout the certification process. Shahriar Kalani and Josh Winniski supported the Energy and Water Audits. David Varsava, Portia Crosswell, and Nazanin Motevali provided essential expertise during the Waste Audits.
Congratulations to everyone involved in achieving these meaningful sustainability outcomes.
